Muammer Mubarak
Co-Founder
Muammer Mubarak is a strategic marketing and brand-building professional with nearly a decade of experience driving market entry, revenue growth, and category leadership across cleantech, electric mobility, fintech, electronics, petrochemical, and B2B industrial sectors in Bangladesh. He served as a founding team member and Head of Business at Walton Chemical Industries Ltd., scaling the company from R&D through go-to-market and product-market fit, and currently serves as Strategic Advisor for Fundraising & Growth at Mulytic Energy — a startup recognized as both an Alpha Startup and Impact Startup at Web Summit 2025. His work has been recognized with the SDG Brand Champion Award from the Bangladesh Brand Forum (2024). He is currently serving as Co-Founder of ThunderVolt, building Bangladesh's electric vehicle battery-swapping network, and Co-Founder of EximCraft, an export platform connecting Bangladesh's biodegradable plastic-alternative manufacturers to conscious retailers across 40+ countries. Beyond the private sector, he is the National Head Advisor & Director at Shishu Ullash, an international global youth platform, where he has trained over 5,000 university students in sustainable business, climate finance, and global communication strategies.
Sayed Rizban Hussain
Co-Founder & CTO
Sayed Rizban Hussain is a technology entrepreneur and IoT solutions architect with nearly a decade of experience building hardware-software systems that solve real-world problems across Bangladesh's infrastructure and utility sectors. He currently serves as CEO of Aqualink Bangladesh Limited, and previously led as a key figure at Btrac Solutions, where he helped develop IoT-driven tracking and monitoring systems tailored to local market needs. His work in applying connected-device technology to on-ground challenges has earned him recognition as a National Award-winning entrepreneur. He is currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO of ThunderVolt, building Bangladesh's electric vehicle battery-swapping network, where he leads the technical architecture behind the country's emerging EV charging infrastructure.
Md. Arifur Rahman
Co-Founder & CMO
Md. Arifur Rahman is a sales and distribution strategist with over 20 years of experience building and scaling go-to-market channels for newly launched products and services across Bangladesh. He held leadership roles at Grameenphone, the country's largest telecom operator, and later at ShopUp, one of Bangladesh's leading B2B e-commerce platforms, where he built and strengthened sales and distribution networks that carried new offerings from launch to nationwide reach. Across his career, he has led numerous sales drives, translating product launches into on-ground market penetration and sustained revenue growth. He is currently serving as Co-Founder and CMO of ThunderVolt, building Bangladesh's electric vehicle battery-swapping network, where he leads the go-to-market strategy and distribution expansion driving the network's growth across the country.
Masnur Rahman
Head of Implementation
Masnur Rahman is an experienced project lead with a strong background in embedded software, IoT hardware manufacturing, and supply chain management, bringing hands-on technical execution capability to every product he oversees. He currently serves as Chief Product Development Officer at Aqualink Bangladesh Limited, and previously held a leadership role at Btrac Solutions, where he contributed to the development of IoT-driven hardware and embedded systems built for local market needs. His contributions to technology-driven problem solving have earned him recognition as a National Award-winning entrepreneur. He is currently serving as Head of Implementation at ThunderVolt, building Bangladesh's electric vehicle battery-swapping network, where he leads the on-ground execution of hardware deployment, manufacturing coordination, and supply chain operations powering the network's rollout.
Dr. Rubaiyat Islam Sadat
Strategic Advisor
Dr. Rubaiyat Islam Sadat is a global automotive leader with over 20 years of experience shaping strategy, technology, and innovation across some of the world's most influential mobility companies. He previously served as CTO at Volkswagen and held a leadership role at Tesla, where he contributed to shaping engineering and technology direction within two of the automotive industry's most transformative organizations. He has also served as a Consultant to the European Commission, advising on matters at the intersection of mobility, technology, and policy, and continues to mentor emerging founders as a Mentor at XPRENEURS Incubator. He currently serves as Managing Director at Mulytic Ventures. He is currently serving as Strategic Advisor at ThunderVolt, building Bangladesh's electric vehicle battery-swapping network, where he lends his global automotive expertise to guide the company's technology strategy and long-term growth.
